Thank you for shopping with Park & Elle. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales events, new arrivals, holidays), processing time may extend by an additional 2–3 business days.

Please note:
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier.

Estimated transit times after processing:

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available) 2–4 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Park & Elle is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Delayed or failed delivery due to address errors

If an order has already been shipped, we are unable to make address changes.

🔒 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been scanned by the carrier, Park & Elle no longer has control of the package.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered"

  • Carrier delays or errors

  • Delivery delays due to weather or holidays

For missing packages marked as delivered, we recommend checking:

  • With neighbors or leasing office

  • Photo delivery confirmation

  • “Safe place” delivery spot

  • Local post office / carrier

🔁 Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to Park & Elle due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refused delivery

  • Unable to deliver

A reshipment fee will be required to mail the package again.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🎁 Split Shipments

To ensure fast delivery, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
You will receive tracking for each shipment.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update with the carrier.
