We hope you love your Park & Elle pieces. If something doesn’t work out, we proudly offer a simple return process.

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, and perfume

  • In original condition with all tags attached

A $7.99 return processing fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
