Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link.

Click the tracking link in your email anytime to see the latest updates.


📬 Can’t find your tracking email?

No worries — we can resend it.

Email us at contact.us@parkandelle.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your tracking details.


🚚 Tracking Not Updating?

Sometimes tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

This is normal during:

  • Weekends

  • Holidays

  • High-volume shipping periods

If your tracking hasn’t moved after 4 business days, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to check it for you.


📦 It says “Delivered,” but I don’t have my package

If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package:

Try checking:

  • Neighboring apartments/houses

  • Leasing office or mailroom

  • Safe place delivery (porch, side door, garage, etc.)

  • Mail carrier photo confirmation, if provided

If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier directly for further delivery details.

Park & Elle is not responsible for packages that are marked as Delivered by the carrier.
