At Park & Elle, we want you to love everything you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Store Credit Window
All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of your delivery date. After 7 days, all sales are final.
How It Works
We offer store credit only — no refunds to the original payment method. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything in the boutique.
To Start a Return:
Email us at contact.us@parkandelle.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
Items must be:
∙ Unworn and unwashed
∙ Free of perfume, deodorant, or stains
∙ Tags still attached
∙ In original packaging
Final Sale Items — No Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
∙ All items marked “Final Sale” or from The Vault Sale
∙ Mystery Boxes
∙ Intimates and bodysuits
∙ Jewelry and accessories
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right immediately.
Park & Elle reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
